Béla Ghosh: President and Founder"I first became a feminist for reasons similar to many: I was frustrated and fed up with inequality. However, as I encountered intersectionality, embraced my own empowerment, and finally had something to fight for, I truly fell in love with feminism. Today I am proud to say that I am not only a feminist but an intersectional feminist due to the positivity feminism has created. For this I can only thank the young people who I am surrounded by in InterFem, for they constantly surprise me with their unrelenting passion and intelligence, but above all, their capacity for love."

Lauren Adams: Club Advisor"My daughter, Sam, proclaimed herself a feminist before I ever had, so I figured I had some catching up to do. I am a feminist because I believe in equity and respect for all human beings. Pretty simple. I am proud to be a part of NHS InterFem because the group welcomes and affirms all voices, and reminds us to work on behalf of those voices who are not always heard."

Chelsea Thorne: Club Advisor"I am a proud feminist and member of NHS InterFem because I firmly believe in the equal social, economic, and political rights, liberties, and representation of all individuals. I believe in Feminism because of the work that countless feminists before me pursued and the accomplishments they made. I continue to need Feminism because there is still work to be done, voices to be heard, and equity to be shared. This group of young minds in InterFem inspire me, and I am so thankful to them and all of their endeavors to create harmony and promote understanding within our communities both large and small."
